Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the body by using special techniques to get deeper into the tissues. A thorough consultation with the therapist is important as this technique has contraindications for some.

Warm Bamboo Massage
Warm smooth bamboo sticks are rolled and massaged over the body to reduce tension, stress and manipulate connective tissue in the body. This massage is great for many different athletes as it relaxes the massages and encourages healing in the tissues.

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage
Prenatal massage offers many benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, pain and swelling in back, neck, hips and lower extremities. It also can help improve sleep, circulation and overall mental health for the mother.
Postpartum massage also has many benefits especially to new mothers, aiding in physical and mental recovery, reduces muscle pain, decrease swelling, tension in neck and upper extremities due to breastfeeding and lack of sleep. Massage can also help boost the feel-good hormones like (serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin)
